I take the opportunity of using this space to send a message to the literary agents who may get interested in one of books I have written.
The books were self-published and I am looking for a literary agent in order to have a proper publishing.

1- “Listening to the Stars”
The book “Listening to the Stars”, set in the Canadian Rockies, has a worldwide human, existential and mystic approach.
This fictional book narrates the story of a 29-year-old woman with a background in science, a university professor and researcher in quanta physics, traveling through the Rocky Mountains.
The core of the book is her encounters with different persons who act as masters for her during her trip. On her way she meets these “masters”, experiences some “magic” within them, which brings revelations, surprises, new ways of thinking and different perspectives on subjects known to her. Each chapter narrates a special encounter having the amazing scenarios of the Rockies as background. Visiting new locations and having new encounters she goes through changes in her ways of seeing and understanding life, going beyond her science background.

The book approaches attractive subjects, in a light way, going through physics, metaphysics and spirituality. It narrates the transition among the objective and subjective dimensions of the day to day life, through the “magic” of the encounters. In an objective way, filled with the power of subjectivity, it combines western approaches to eastern wisdom.

Currently there are some good books in this competitive market, some of them reaching high levels of success. At the same time there is an increasing demand for new ideas and new ways of approaching spirituality. I am sure that this marriage of fiction and spirituality is a long term and promising niche in which this book would fit perfectly. Consider that this book differs from most on the market because it’s been written based on a rich and intuitive learning process, spiced with the special love for physics combined with an analytical view, built in a twenty two-year experience of an author with an engineering background. The result is a new way of combining both worlds – the eastern and western ways of thinking.

I am sure that “Listening to the Stars” will be of the interest to many readers interested in spirituality and fiction.

2- A Walk in the Garden of Wisdom

A Walk in the Garden of Wisdom is a non-fiction book that approaches mainly the subjects of:

– Wisdom, focusing in going much deeper than having information or knowledge;

– Values, focusing in the greatness of the attitudes; being them apparent or subtle, and;

– Intuition, presenting the importance of the intuitive thinking in order to go beyond the standard limits.

In the book, the author presents reflections born from a heart and a spirit that believe in the importance of genuine values in the individual action, which stimulate thoughts, feelings and perceptions which are the basis for the attitudes and actions. It’s a book that emphasizes the strength of sensitivity and the importance of choices made when we give life to our sensitivity.

By looking to the future, this book inspires subtle and powerful changes in the attitudes in order to create and sustain a new rhythm of life, which can become reality, stimulating each one to bring up the treasures that are hidden inside the self.
Taking wisdom, values and intuition as guides, the book stimulates the reader to Identify and strengthen your essence and your rhythm showing that these are decisive factors for a better life, both in the individual level and in the family or company levels.
