Links of hope

Links of hope

Spirituality transcends choices. In essence, human beings are spiritual beings. They can ignore this reality but it is inherent in their nature, and this is not related to religion. It has to do with an expression of values and the ability to put them in practice. There are no theories in spirituality. There is but life, expression and manifestation.

The power of prayer and meditation exists and in dome form, creates links of hope and faith across the planet. It brings light and inspires a better world. Ii think that it is a crime to attack anyone’s faith. There is nothing worse in this world than the loss of hope. In some way, faith strengthens hope. Nobody should destroy the beliefs of others just because they do not share those beliefs. This shows a lack of respect for the process of searching for one’s personal spirituality, which is also part of the maturing process of each person. To attack the faith of others is nothing more than an ugly form of manifesting one’s ego. Spirituality in action gathers and inspires those aspects to be placed in practice, in any person or religion, ignoring comparisons, and without attacks. I believe that at the moment we have come to the point where the planet can no longer accept comparisons, to emphasize personal differences or make accusations related to errors of the past or the present. If one wishes to manifest their spirituality at this moment in time, they should inspire others to live better lives and learn to accept differences, strengthening the links that bring about hope. The attitudes can strengthen respect for the energy that brings balance to the planet.

“With a respectful attitude present, there would be a natural change in the posture of the leaders in many different areas, which could well inspire a posture of tolerance and growing dynamics to practice positive values and qualities. This could awaken the apathetic and redirect the focus of those who are inert. This is a vitalizing process, understand? What is apathy, if not the lack of enthusiasm, or in other words, lack of enthusiasm of the soul, of life,” asked the Ecumenical Man. “When we lack enthusiasm, we have not awakened to life. We need something that reawakens us!”
Then he continued. “Totally aware of the invasion of Tibet and the religious persecution of the Tibetan people, observe the posture of the Dalai Lama, who certainly had many reasons to be unhappy and sufficient motive to complain. This type of attitude should be watched more closely and reflects spirituality in practice.
No one should ever be afraid to praise the good. There are those who fear religious ‘competition,’ which also reflects the lack of spirituality and an understanding of the diversity that exists on the planet. This needs to come to an end. With all of the fear present, there is a lack of love, which is an original quality, totally genuine. Without love, there can be no lasting and permanent solution.”

The Ecumenical Man spoke with enthusiasm, believing his words could bring completeness, not just depending on complicated theories, but rather basic actions.

This chapter refers to the encounter Ferhelin had with a Canadian religious scholar that lived in Toronto. He studies human nature and works with the objective of learning about the convergent aspect of religions, a work called ‘interfaith’.
