How to get rid of old patterns?


To develop creativeness, newness and to assume a changing posture towards established patterns, one has to follow some rules?
A paradox? Following rules to reach newness. Maybe.
Maybe not, when the basic rule is not to try fulfilling others’ expectations.

Waste of energy
Maybe the basic pattern of the modern world is the waste of energy.
This is a society accustomed to waste. Food, water, air, soil, and…lives.

But among everything else, maybe one of the most wasted energies in this world is the energy of our thoughts.
Among them there is a special class: thoughts related to others’ expectations.
To think about others is necessary from several points of view. That is another story. But to try to fulfill others’ expectations is quite more common than anyone could guess.

Dangerous edge
To keep thinking if others or someone else will enjoy it or not, if they will appreciate it or not, aren’t ways of pro-active attitudes.
External influences already work by themselves. What to say when one opens the gates to receive them?
Doing that people get completely re-active. They get conducted by what they “think” others want.

Funny aspect
The funny aspect about this kind of attitude is that most times the “others” do not want what one thinks they want from them.
It is, most times, imagined and created by their own minds. Framing images and expectations which others “probably” have about them.

Concern

In any organization if people are taken to follow the strict rules. Being encouraged to remain within those clear limits, probably nothing new will come up from that organization.
Creativity is being extinguished there.

Effect
The energy exists in different ways. If not in one way it will express in another one.
If the creative side is off, that energy won’t just disappear. It will wear new clothes, maybe that will appear wearing the “wasteful thoughts” or they will get replaced by “boring feelings” or something even worse.

The effect is simple: wasteful energy will replace talent, newness and creative ideas. Probably quality will decrease.

World pattern
Change, that is the world basic pattern. Nothing is static in this world. Not even solid materials as a table or stones or whatever. Everything is COMPOUNDED of by dynamic forms of energy. Electrons, neutrons and proctons arent static. The molecules have their way of changing the energy level and so on.
But, somehow everything works according to some kind of pattern.
What makes the difference is: Who or what is governing those patterns?

Pro-activity
One of the most pro-active s ways of having dynamic attitudes within any organization is to allow people to express their talents. The closest possible to their real potential.

How?
Each person has its own governing dynamic. The key point is that most do not have a clue which it is.
When this discovery is revealed, one gets in its track by itself.

For getting that, self-esteem must be very strong.
To respect other’s ideas, to observe them and even appreciate them is one aspect. As well as to imbibe its good aspects. Another is to start ignoring one’s qualities and talents just because one found other’s ideas or methods great.

Self-esteem is not related to results. But to the way one’s mind behaves during the process.
That is the leader of each one’s life. How we do perform in the role of action. As actors or as pro-actors?

For accepting others’ performances in a positive way, a high degree of self acceptance must exist. That is just manifested when one knows oneself.

Meaning
Knowing oneself means to know what is positive about oneself, what really reinforces one’s nature. What helps and of course what are one’s weaknesses – what makes one to feel bad, hopeless. What makes one to fall down.

Choices
Knowing what is positive or negative for the self helps one to tune oneself into personal choices, aware of their influences.

Fact

That does not work like a math’s problem.
Even knowing what is good or not does not mean that the person is already able to implement that.

Love
Most actions in life are performed without a spirit behind them. That makes the difference.
A pro-active attitude is a loving attitude.
What is a loving attitude?
It is an attitude filled by love. That is only possible when there is a spirit behind the action.

In the organizations this “spirit” must be alive. Otherwise they will not perceive the proper tuning choice and that will make the difference: the organization’s face is stamped on that or not?

Fact
To bring love into action one must feel it within oneself. The same happens to the organization: without love within, no way to show it externally.

Subtle
Love is subtle, maybe one of the most subtle qualities in our lives. That is why it is so easy to misunderstand it.
At the same time love is subtle it is hugely powerful. That ‘s why it is so easy to feel it around.

When there is love there is respect, there is understanding and there is the key to get empowered.
If someone misunderstands love and expresses “fakes” as self-pity, attachment, fear and other disguises of love, one will never know how to use the key to get empowered.

Love is part of a pro-active life and that propels one to perform common things in a different way – one’s own way.
That is a shortcut for getting rid of off the usual patterns – easily accepted by bureaucrat minds.

Joy and ego

In the problem – equation, of several variables, besides of love, joy is another one.
Most problems in any organization come up from ego and that is something which grows quickly and easily, according to one’s mood.
When there is happiness usually ego shrinks. When there is sadness, sorrow or any kind of pain a fertile field for the ego is established.

Fact

Every person experiences both sides, what, according to the situation take them to a higher or lower level.
To work in joyful environments “kicks away” the bad moods. That is helpful and definitely positive for the improvement of any organization.

Life’s equations
Merged in the life’s equations the poet and the mathematician experience high levels of abstraction, working with different painting brushes to create their work of art.

In the same way, a gardener and an architect may bring up their best creations – when they express love and joy in whatever they do.

Lightness
Lightness is another important variable in these equations that life presents to us from time to time.
When someone feels heavy – it does not matter why, won’t bring up one’s best.
In periods of transition one of the most required qualities is flexibility. That’s impossible when there is no lightness. Heaviness avoids the flexible ways.
A person feeling heavy has the sensation of carrying burdens. And sometimes, instead of bright solutions, everything one sees is are the obstacles, difficulties, clouds and defects. It does not matter where one may be focusing one’s attention, when there is this “burden” sensation anything perceptible for such a person will be negative.

Question
How can any organization change this kind of attitude in its personnel?
The fact is that when someone feels light, new horizons always become visible. Instead of feeling stuck, one feels like flying with no limits.
With such feelings creative solutions and come up and become part of any work they are doing.

Concern
If there is excessive attention with formality and strict rules to be followed one spends his energy on that.

A changing story

Maybe the guy next office to yours – wearing a black suit, expensive shoes would feel free wearing other clothes and more comfortable shoes. Who knows? Maybe not even him, because he never worked wearing different clothes. Maybe he not even wants to try different ones. Why?
Maybe he feels safe in the way he is doing. Maybe he feels himself like a soldier under his armor. Maybe he never will think about that.

The “suit” may not be there. It may be the lay-out of his office or his way of holding the steering-wheel while driving or may be his way of judging or his lack of tolerance disguised as “firmness” or any of his references. That is an endless list.
The key point is: there are things we may change in our lives, aren’t there? Why don’t we do it?
Are we aware of what to change? Why not? If so why not do it?

Changing
To change is the most natural attitude in our lives. Why not do it, then?
All over the planet everything changes continuously. The cells are dying and being born, the seasons grow old and the next one gets closer every moment.
The planet does not stop, not even for a second, it is always changing its position, the external influences are changing every second.

Question

If changes are so natural, why are people so afraid of them?

Just a simple idea
The general idea is that people are really ignoring their own nature.
The change process.

Effect

People get stuck by their own choices. One of these choices, a huge one, is, for most people, to remain “inside the box”.

Suggestion

Why not come “out of the box”?
There are new horizons, new partners, new concepts and new perspectives awaiting the chance to present themselves to you.

The “come back” does not exist!

Einstein brought up the idea, I am not sure if it was him, anyway he spread it.
Let’s go for a walk.
It’s morning time, you leave your house and go to your work.
In the afternoon you NEVER go back home. Why?
Simply it’s impossible to come back to the same place you left earlier.
The time changed, the position changed.
You could argue. Come on, my house is still there, it hasn’t changed its position.
Actually it changed. The planet moves continuously, quite a lot in this very second you are thinking about this.

Consideration

The thought science of thinking brings to our mind is: life never, never gets back. We are always moving forward.
Even when we do think we are doing the same things or going back to the same place. That is a very, very subtle illusion.
Einstein and his fellows from the Copenhagen team and the German team brought up some hugely important ideas which haven’t been properly absorbed by us – the common population.
It’s more than time to start considering those ideas with more consistency -in the a day to day basis.

Where are we?
Well, science and the technology may be ahead, applying things our fellows said in the last century, but the regular population, well, I’d say we are in the six hundreds yet.

How do the organizations think? How is are established the usual requirements to attend to colleges? How is established the plans and most important; what is the prevalent way of thinking in our planet?
It’s based on Newton’s ideas, very linear, yet thinking of human nature as if it was a “machine”, the perfect “clock”.

Well, Einstein and his fellows brought up those theories in the early years of the last century.
There it is: our lives never go back, nothing goes back.
We are always changing. As our positions, thoughts, postures, external influences etc. Even if one keeps oneself completely still, the breathing air, the position of the planet, the position of the star, the sun influences change.
Going out of the box is a way of noticing that, enjoying and doing each one’s part.

How are you while you perform your actions?
How are you feeling?
Are you the driver or are you being driven?
