When thinking about the most beautiful and important moments of life, a conclusion presents itself: life is ruled, more than anything, by creativity.
Where there is creativity, there is nothing less than life.
To live means to seek, to go beyond limits, to see beyond limitations.
When we reach this stage, life and death intermingle, as both enter the field of the unknown.
However, within the known, the major obstacle to creativity is bureaucracy.
Creativity gives life, helps commitment, stresses feelings, strengthens involvement, refines talent and inspires quality. Contrarily, bureaucracy, well… this is reminiscent of restrained living, never attaining and not even getting close to the limits.
In creativity you go beyond limits. In bureaucracy you are restrained by them.
A lot is being said about human beings using only ten percent of their capacity, and, if we open our eyes, it will be easy to observe: the greatest trap for this to happen is nothing less than bureaucracy: in living, thinking, acting.
It is inconceivable to blend education and bureaucracy, however, what do we see in our teaching institutions?
Objectives are replaced by means. These, on their turn, are distorted with time.
Bureaucracy is the negation of living, the negation of capacity. Bureaucracy is a poison that amplifies the limitations of the human being. The 90% of the mind that are not used are included there!
Bureaucracy teaches human beings to try to survive, it teaches them to remain distant from the basic limits of really living, that is: while creativity teaches and educates the human being for acting, planning, training based on the basics, bureaucracy teaches that basics are the limit. What is worse is that, in the majority of times, this cannot be reached.
Bureaucracy glimpses the limits and sets them as barriers never to be crossed. Creativity, on the contrary, teaches the being to see beyond, with unlimited horizons.
Bureaucracy represents the negation of living, which means, death, while creativity is life, really lived!
Bureaucracy acclaims fear, negation and lies. The conventional is always dangerous, there is nothing that represents everything and everyone.
Systems overuse it, in the two extremes: in a given moment the general rule that impedes or hinders simple and easy solutions, in another moment exceptions facilitate the manipulation and misuse of tools and laws.
In depth, what we see is repression, disguised and draining and annihilating various talents, in the name of objectives that, if evaluated, would never go beyond obsolete methods.
The most valuable talent, which awakens the most painful feeling, by losing it, is the talent of living. Human beings have the natural talent of living.
It is sad to see it trying to survive, when it could be living so entirely.
Certainly, soon, the new will rule!
Neither of the present systems will survive, or will the negation of truth and the fear have a long life?
Sensitivity is the requirement to get free from the entanglement of bureaucracy. It is born in the heart and is reflected in thinking, gets strength in acting and is expressed in living!
To accept bureaucracy is to negate sensitivity, to negate living!
What we see today is bureaucracy holding back the access to the heart, ruling over the minds and turning them insensitive.
The heart says: “Let’s smile, let’s live, let’s create the new!”
To accept bureaucracy is to be alive without living.
To accept bureaucracy in living is to negate life!
Do not underestimate the strength of bureaucracy, it can do away with you!
Bureaucracy creates a false sense of power – power of information and of decision.
Bureaucratic thinking does not liberate either the intuition or information.
The bureaucratic action acclaims what is confidential, feeding secrets that, in truth, weaken those who hold them.
The bureaucratic feeling helps to annihilate the differences, and this is criminal. It impedes any attempt to promote creativity. The different, or the new, when not accepted or not understood, causes the sprouting of reactions, the most diverse, sometimes brutal, bringing to the top the most shadowy part which resides in the persons.
Intuition scares away the bureaucratic thinking.
In the new era, discipline of the mind will be ruled by the heart and bureaucracy won’t even be remembered.
They will be times of lights to shine and, wherever there will be darkness, a new brilliancy will manifest itself. This will be the brilliancy of creativity that will manifest a new phase for the humankind: the phase of co-creation.
