Spiritual journey – the capacity of reacting and going beyond

Our spiritual growth may be gauged by the variation of the speed with which we overcome obstacles.
If, in a given situation, a person needs a certain time, let’s say, one month, to overcome a difficulty, and then perceives that, to overcome the same situation, or a similar one, he needs ten days, naturally some behavior changes have occurred, where the capacity of reaction evolved.

If one overcomes the same type of situation in one day, this capacity of overcoming will have been intensified. If it is achieved in one hour, something else will be acting internally and, if it goes down to a few minutes, this will be better, up to a point when a problem or situation will no longer have an effect on that person.

There is here a clear indication of progress which, certainly, will be related to inner values manifested with a greater power and intensity.

In our lives, many situations seem to be there to test or to teach us. One should not encourage the habit of fleeing from them or fearing them: what is important is not to be affected negatively by them. This is the secret not to have to repeat our “schooling” through that situation.

The more skilled we become in applying our natural talents and values, more successful we will be in becoming in such learning.

Spirituality is something to be re-conquered, day after day.
For this to happen, a different journey presents itself to each person. Each creature is a unique spiritual being.

During the course of a personal trajectory the manner of seeing, understanding, acting, reacting and assimilating will change.

Like in a route where there are several obstacles (bump lumps), if we are riding a bicycle, it will seem that the obstacles are coming more rapidly than if we are walking on foot. If we are riding a car, even faster.

The obstacles, when understood as part of our personal trajectories, as part of the trajectory we are choosing to follow in our lives, should neither scare anyone nor create doubts. However, it must be clear that there will come a moment when we are passing through them like “flying” and we will no longer be affected by the obstacles: they will no longer seem to exist.
In fact, the change will have happened in ourselves and not in the “obstacles” which are still there, but no longer attract our attention.

Our vision will be going in other directions, no longer towards sickness, problems, difficulties, wearing habits, etc.

It is important to continue to pursue the chosen trajectory
, flying towards recovering our spiritual essence in which we will be meeting with ourselves once again, in our most perfect state, where completeness will be reality, as well as physical, mental and spiritual health.

The parameters will have changed and new paradigms will have been established. Our life will have been transformed… by ourselves.
