Dispersion is an amplifier of problems and difficulties.

In fact, mastery of our lives goes through acknowledging and learning our intrinsic values, of our innate qualities, of the latent powers and of personal talents that must be developed.
All this can only surface after acknowledging these aspects, and knowing how to use them.
Concentration assists us in this journey.
When we are capable of experimenting all this in essence, in the form of concentrated seed, conscious of what it contains, the expansion of all that energy can happen, transmitting the brightness of the light that encloses us to everyone who comes in contact with us, through the intermediary of qualities, values, powers of talents.
We will be conscious of the origin of the manifestations – the seed, and of the close relation between this and everything that is generated by the same.
Deep down, in our essence, we are seeds and our manifestations are forms of expansion.
The loss of concentration and everything that brought such loss led us to connect with each aspect manifested and not with what was responsible for such manifestation.
The moment of the new era is of re-establishing the connection with the seed that generated everything. Starting by seeking this inside.
The essence still has its live aroma. The more we come close to it, the more we will feel it.
This aroma is not physical and we do not need external instruments to seek it.
The heart identifies this message clearly.
He has the wisdom to identify and show us the essence that we seek.
Concentration of thoughts should be directed to the comfort of the heart, to relax and stay there, like voyagers comfortably sitting in a vehicle that will take them to the essence they seek.
By accessing this essence and through “insights” that occur naturally, the unfolding into qualities, potentialities, virtues and talents will happen.
When concentration is manifested, fruits happen.
The expansion of luminosity, which can light up everything, is born from a fountain of light.
We should place our mind at the disposal of our heart, and not the contrary.
The heart can lead us to this source of light that, like magic, can give clarity to everything that was dark or unclear before.
However, to develop the practice of concentration, thoughts must be diverted from the appearances of the external world. This is the most important effort that must be practiced periodically: to turn inward, concentrating like a crystal which guards all its essence inside, and afterwards expands its light to the external world, through its own natural expressivity.
