Living without haste

“It is necessary to let the feelings flow when you breathe,” said the Mountain Girl.
“To accomplish this, everyone must breathe correctly, feeling the air passing through the body, and then the heart remembers that there should be no haste to live.

Nature expresses attributes naturally.
Human beings have lost the ability to act naturally. So the solution is simple, one has to relearn.

If one is in constant movement, it is necessary to relearn to be still.
If one thinks too much, one must learn to meditate.
If one lives in an ocean of objectives and obligations, it is necessary to relearn how to dream.
If you have methods and systems for everything, you have to relearn to create.
If you only see concrete things, it is necessary to relearn to imagine.
If you tend to talk too much, it is time to relearn to listen.
In essence, one has to listen to what the heart is feeling.

The heart of nature is in constant expression, and thus, it is easy to tell when it is happy or sad. Humans tend to want to hide the fact that they have hearts.
