Missing out the quiet voice,
that quells my heart and
brings me peace, thinking
I am waiting, but I am not

Trusting in God, my Creator
I should think not of woes
and strife, but only of the good
He brings, my daily bread to feed

My mind is now quiet, my heart
at rest, my ears are open to hear you
now, I listen to the soft still voice
Blessings are bestowed upon me
I rest in your Divine Love for me.
