“To be great, be entire; nothing that is yours exaggerates or excludes” (F. Pessoa)
Paths are diverse, options countless.
The pressure to take attitudes is something that became common in today’s world.
There are sources of inner or outer tensions which may impair processes that could be enriching, if lived at their natural speed and which might lead to development and satisfaction.
However… what happens?
Inner or outer pressure, both resulting from habits practiced by an entire society.
Solution?
To ignore external patterns and work to change one’s personal patterns. This is a great challenge, but it is a possible path. This is the beginning.
To be an individual, a person, to be yourself.
Not to fall into the trap of seeing oneself as the “bill collector” who starts from collecting from himself.
Understanding oneself and accepting oneself is conducive to loving oneself.
This feeds one’s own most vital strength, that is inner peace.
When there is peace everything sprouts positively.
One starts to smile to life and to perceive life’s smiles.
Inner peace is the base for everything. All the rest originates from this vital attribute.
All and every focus must be based on this attribute.
This is the primary focus, the most essential of all.
Inner peace is a treasure that belongs to you!
Maybe your reason says: “- keep it, or else you can lose it or be robbed!”
Your intuition says: “- Use it!”
And only you can say who is in command.
